To the Elven communities of Thain. Some of your brethren mounted an unprovoked attack against the leadership of the Thayan Enclave. Many of the dead were unarmed commoners from the mainland who were there merely looking to start a new life in Thain. This type of violence, against innocent commoners should be condemned by all civilized people.

Such a cowardly act will not be forgotten.
