The Opera House of Steinkries is currently seeking artists for an upcoming event. Please seek out Deayn if you are willing to lend a hand with song, music, dance, or display of art! More details about the event to be released at a later time. Stay tuned, you won't want to miss this!

((Text reads as follows: Are you OLD?
Want to talk about it?
The Laughing Skull theatre troupe wishes to interview anyone with firsthand knowledge of the mysterious period of Thain’s past known as the “darkwet”. If you are willing to share your experiences, contact Morton Falone or Mors Cuthran to arrange an interview. ))

A simple, unadorned but boldly-drawn notice appears in the usual places:
Notice wrote ...
- 10 000 Gold Pieces Reward - - to each creature who aids - - in the permanent destruction - - of a terrible riftstone monster -
contact Hanne Meyuul Master of Conjuration at the School of Magic
[an address in Hamley follows] [near the West Gate] [opposite the Keepers' Hall]
/OOC: I aim to do this on Monday 18th May. I will get in-game with Hanne around 9am [BST, which is GMT+1] and be ready for anyone to join at any time after that. If it turns out not enough people can make it (I think it'll need at least 6) then it can happen 12 hours later instead,** I'll be guided by whichever players are interested. Feel free to PM me here, or send me a tell in-game when Hanne is there. Or, come to the address and leave a message in the Message Box (restarts permitting, there usually is one)
** EtA, if enough people are interested, we could do both a Matinee and a Soiree version of the event, since ''permanent'' will need a DM and I'm not sure about availability... Let's make it Monday, and assume it will happen at least once
EtA again, I have had a PM exchange with Miggen already who I think OK'd this, but due to time difference I'm not asking or expecting him to DM it as it happens. So I'd politely ask for a DM to attend at some point, so the thing doesn't respawn and players can RP around that for a while? If possible. Thank you!

The following sign has been pinned to the notice board in the Trade and Tackel.
Gram Mason of Hamley has recently come into a number of powerful items that he would like to trade for similar. Amongst these are the following:
A pair of monks gloves:
Of unknown provenance but of the highest quality. They seem to enhance the natural abilities of their wearer and aid in healing amongst other things.
A set of chain mail armor:
This has been cunningly crafted so that mages are not impeded by it when casting magic and even seems to improve the rate at which spells can be launched. Of course it would only suit a mage already accustomed to wearing such gear.
A dagger:
Another item of unknown provenance but of exquisite quality. Its very touch will cause magical damage to be inflicted whilst removing the magical protections of those it is used against.
Another dagger:
This dagger was once owned by Kelmor Modara of Karistad and as such is an artifact dating from the Second Cataclysm. Its principle purpose seems to have been to disable one's opponent which it allows one to do in many different ways. It might make a very useful second weapon for those that prefer to fight with two blades at the same time.
I have other similar items available to trade. The above are just examples of some of the more interesting pieces.
Please note that I'm not selling these items for gold, but rather seeking to exchange them for things of equivalent quality that would be more useful to myself, including but not exclusively, items such as high quality longswords, heavy plate armor and gear for dealing with locks and traps.
The section relating to the second dagger now has been scored through and the words "no longer available" added.
