A Tau'otharie Captain went missing during a relatively peaceful patrol along the eastern outskirts of the Feywood forest realm. The following day the Captain returned to his men, visibly discombobulated and speaking a string of incomprehensible syllables. When friends and comrades tried to calm the Captain, he struck down two of his brothers-in-arms in cold blood and grievously wounded another before a celestial avenger managed to subdue him. The Captain is rumored to be recovering at present. As to what prompted the madness, the druids of Feywood would not have missed the significance of a fell filigree-rune etched on the Captain's forehead. There is no doubt to its origins. It was abyssal.

Knaves found dead
Four Knaves were found dead on the road between Steinkries and the Crossroads. People say they saw a man in brown leathers with a cloaked hood. He was wielding what appeared to be a mace and a short sword.

Fire in the Feywood
People speak of fires and smoke going into the night sky as a battle between the one called Red and four adventurers raged on.
There was much destruction but the tales speak of the demise of Red at the hands of Amadom Warwick, Izzy, Beta Thel, and the Protector of the Feywood Vichorn Hawklight.

~Tavern Tales
A young disheveled man with a sack full of lifestones raised every one who had died between Hamley and Steinkreis. After ridding himself of the burdensome rocks, he cut three holes in the sack that held them, put it on like a tunic and wandered off into Lowtown mumbling to himself.

Overheard in a tavern where two dwarves and a tall woman in armor talked over ale...
Murmurs about a blood trail from the Steinkreis Approach into the graveyard, where it ended in a portal with an abyssal look. In their banter they were not sure -- did something wounded retreat there, or did it drag something wounded in with it?

Two adventurer's witnessed an attack on the guards just outside the main gates of Hamely just after seeing a man with a red glow pacing the road that leads to the gate. Hearing a fight, the two ran back just in time to witness the fight, which killed two Empyrean's, and ended with the man fleeing West toward the Adumbral Forest.

A rumor is spreading from Websters Landing. The costal cave that is usually dark and damp were not so dark and damp for the duration of several days.
They say the cave entrance were lit up by a thousands of everlasting candles and those who dared to enter claim the entire cave system was lit up by a million more and the slimes usually inhabit the cave were nowhere to be see, could it be that they didn't like the light and slight warm environment instead of dark and damp? And at the end someone had performed a ritual. What kind of ritual can only be speculated on but surly it must have been something dark and evil...
