When I got there I went over to the light switches. I hope the Opera staff is going to be ok with that, but honestly what do I care? This is for Mara, I would have honestly broken a law or two to make her happy dang it! I turn the lights on and it's all this romantic shade of white and then I invited Davi in and he started to play this fast happy tune. Dancing with Mara was a blast though! I don't think I've ever had that much fun with someone. She looked so beautiful too, and she was smiling which meant I must have been doing something right! I tried to twirl her in the air at one point, almost screwed that up, but luckly I'm quick with my hands and we made it work *grins* After the fast dance Davi switched it to a slow dance. I swear in that one moment of transition I felt the one emotion I've had for Mara just fill up, love. I realized that I really love this girl, and she looked up at me with those beautiful green eyes, and I mean come on! If you've seen them there's almost no way possible to resist them! I held my composure though and we danced sweetly in the night. Oh but she just made every moment so amazing! At one point she ran her fingers across my neck as we danced and you know that feeling when you're knees feel like buckling cause you're shins feel like jelly? Yeah I had that! However, I still was able to dance, cause like I said there is just something about Mara that makes me a completely different, more confident person when I'm around her. I think we stared into each others eyes for only the Gods know how long, and maybe Davi but eh I don't really think he was focusing on us as much as his music. Then as we were getting to the middle of the song she started to sing, in a language that I didn't recognise, but it didn't matter. Having that girl whisper words of any language in your ear awwww *drool* That's all you need to know! As she finished singing I could smell her perfume on her neck line and heaven help me was it tempting! It smelled so sweet, and cute, and every other descriptive word that I could possibly think of!

Davi kicked into a second slow dance, and this time Mara looked me in the eyes scooted in closer to me and layed her head on my shoulder! Oh my God woman what have you done to me?! I must not be Peter, because on any other given Sunday you wouldn't have even dared to be this cuddly with me. Wait there's more though. She kissed my neck lightly! Yeee! And she looked at me and said that I had made her very very happy tonight Repeat that again? Cause I think I missed it did Mara just say that I made her happy? That she was actually enjoying my company? Holy Shh*pause* Cow. That's awesome! I have to admit though I think I pulled off one of the most romantic dates ever. For the rest of the dance we kind of just stared in each others eyes as we glided around the dance floor. Being with her in that moment made me feel like nobody else was there. Not Davi, not the other patrons, nobody. Just me and Mara. It was like bliss on top of happy on top of rapture on top of joy all wrapped and boxed in a buddle of cuddly snuggles! And speaking of snuggles *grins* I looked at her after the last dance finally started to fade and I asked her if she was in the mood for one more suprise, stargazing. She recommended the rooftop, and then she said the words I thought I'd never hear in forever, but I may just have dreamed them so there is no way to be absolutely sure she said I would like that, love and she wanted a room to snuggle too! Ah! If I could scream high pitched like a little girl I totally would right now! But yeah stargazing was great! I snuggled up with her on that roof top and we were pointing out each others favorite star patterns. And there was even a shooting star! Though I won't tell you what I wished for because even if I write it in a book it won't come true. I just sat there all night happy as I could be, brushing her hair back slightly and staring at her. It was so nice. Then, after a great night of stargazing, we started to get tired and umm well that's how I ended up here! Yah! So umm what? No I will not tell you what happened! I don't kiss and tell, date yes, if I got kissed no. You don't deserve to know*pauses* Ok maybe later but not now cause I think Mara's waking up. I'll write soon.

Dear Journal,
These past few days have been filled with stuff that is just making me well I'll say it, the busiest halfling on the island. Mmhmm. Lets see where to begin ah let's start after the date. Well umm after that night I was quite different, and a bit nervous. I mean do I go to her and be like Hey babe what's up? How you doin'? playing it all cool but at the same time being a jerk, which if as you may have learned, I am not able to be! Then there's the I really enjoyed myself, but I could care less about the date cause a dates a date or my all time favorite, and probably the one I'm most likely to always do. Wowiee I really had an awesome time, but I should totally be all shy and somehow try to act cool so that she thinks it meant nothing to me That making any sense? If not don't worry. It makes no sense to me either! Datings hard man! Anyways I walked out of the Trade and there she was just sitting there and I'm like all trying to be cool, but failing sadly. I don't know what it is about that cute red head but she makes me nervous as hell! Anyways a bunch of my friends were sitting around the fire. Evan, Rick, and of course Mara so I sat next to her and then I did something I never thought I'd do. I did something cool! Yeah me! I asked her if she liked magic, duh she's like bonded to it dork! And of course she said yes, and then I did this trick with you're fingers that like you have the person hold their index fingers up and then make a circle around then and they close in on each other! It's crazy! She like it too I think. And of course then she one upped me. She spit out a bunch of cards! Talk about a moment when you'd want at least a kiss on the cheek gone to waste due to peices of HARD PLASTICY PAPER! Anyways after that it's pretty much self explainitory. Be the hero, save the day, flirt with a girl, be the hero, save the day, flirt with a girl.Though I think my flirting needs work. I suck at it. Though maybe that's why it works!

The following day consisted of well, a bunch! First off I come out and I look around and theirs a good handful of people at the campfire. Abdon, Rick, a few others. Now I'm not exactly sure what the conversation was, but somehow Abdon ended up needing bombs for something. What? Pyrotechnics are fun if used properly! So he decided we should head through the Troll caves to get to the goblin tunnels. Well instead when we got there we kind of just decided to go on a Troll house cleaning. Abdon used his magic to buff us both up. Do you know how cool it is to be a halfling with 24 inch biceps?! Insanely cool! We rampaged the whole thing. His kicking and punching, and my quick blade work. It was like a well oiled machine! Then of course there were the Trolls traps and stuff. Now I'm no good with traps. I know what you are about to say so stop. A Rightsized who's not good a traps are you kidding me? I am quick with a bow and have awesome hearing I think that discounts any inabitlity in trap despension thank you very much! Ab bent down to undo most of the traps. You know that whole phrase Cut the Red or the Blue? Yeah that makes me nervous as hell because I mean you only have two options so only one of said two is correct. What if we're wrong damn it what if we're wrong?! Thank the Gods we weren't! We took their stolen crud from them. Now I know what you're thinking Pete isn't that stealing? Not if you are using the funding from said objects for good causes my friends. So where was I? Oh yeah! We go into the main hall now. We got lost twice. Hey those halls are dark and I have a tendency to be overzealous with my direction decisions! Once we found the King though. Oh it was on! We gave him and his rookie apprentices a taste of the good ol' halfling diet plan! A blade to the stomach and a kick to the face! Sneakingly of course*nods*

When we got back I dragged our huge hall, yeah we found their treasury, need I say it it was more gold and gems than I've seen in like FOREVER! So we get back to Bence and as I'm walking I swear I can smell Mara's perfume on the wind. I must be hallucinating, damn is she that hot that I'm actually like remembering scents and touches from her? Yes. Damn! Turns out I wasn't hallucinating though she was actually just standing beside me all sneakingly like. God that's cute! Damn! Seriously Pete head in the game boy! Get your head out of Maraland! *in his head But it's a fun theme park. I like to stop by just stand a the gate and stare every once in a while Anyways Mara needed to talk to me. Yee! About what I wonder. How she thought I was an awesome kisser and totally would like to kiss me again? Or maybe umm cuddler? I'm totally game for more cuddling if needed, or wanted. Apparently it wasn't about us though, nope. It was about how the Keepers needed my help. Always with the helping. Do I ever get a break? Just once I'd like if the world didn't have some war, or disaster, or feud going on! Maybe that's why I enjoyed the date so much *grins* Oh well anyways the cuteness hottie named Mara sat me down for a little chat to chat. Apparently she needs me to do a bit of work for the Rightsized, recruiting others for the team in case we happen to have to go to combat with some of these unresolved conflicts. Conflicts like, The Thayans controlling the South Coast, oh and yeah Kin in Ravens Watch scaring people. Her other stuff I didn't quite pay attention to cause I was too busy staring at her cuteness, but I did ask her out on another date! Booyah! Ice skating! Funny thing is she has no idea what it is. Weird. Then again she's a halfling, and I'm a halfling that was raised by humans so I guess that's why I'm special

Let see what else? Oh yeah! The next day after the whole Abdon/Pete Trail of Awesomeness, I walked outside to a beautiful day to this little halfling girl who was asking if anyone had seen Crafty. Well umm I have, not recently, but umm me! Pick me! I am the cool one! She was really nice too. Her name was Malla. However *sighs* May I state that she was quite cute there is something strange about her. And then we all found out. Everybody at the campfire. The chick is a CAT! Like a full grown panther! Now in most cases I'd say that this was the freakiest thing I've ever seen, ever, but! No! In fact it's kinda awesome. Now I can talk to her all mentally and nobody will even know our conversations! She changed back into a girl and man I don't know whether do describe that as distrubing or what, but yah. I told her I'd look for her, cause apparently she's Crafty's old familiar. Wow dude, Crafty, bud. If you're familiar turned out this attractive umm can I date Mara and you keep Kitty girl? Oh umm right! Focus! So after that distrubing but umm attractive sight. Tarien wanted to talk to me. He told me that he needed me for a secret mission. Secret mission? Are you kidding? Somebody pinch me cause this is like what I've been waiting for! Apparently he needs me to listen out for anything going on merchant wise in the Thayan, or was it Raven's Watch territories? I can't remember but who cares I'll watch out for both. No problem. I've got that. I've got ears like a wolf bud! Nothings gonna get past these babies. And apparently his fairy is going to report to me, Belle. Hmm. A pixie following me? Could be trouble, but also could be awesome! Anywho after that I pretty much had nothing to do. So what to do when you've got nothing to do? Goof off! Or take a stroll to see you're favorite merchant!

I went to see Guzbee, and the guy is always so nice to me. On my way though I bumped into a rag tag group of well individuals. One with a VERY large bear. Now I love animals, but in the middle of the road lady? Come on! Let's have some self control before letting your animal plop down anywhere. Apparently they were on the look out for a Green dragon in the area. Great ANOTHER? What's that two in two months?! I swear either someone touched that dragon statue, I soo wanted to!! Or the world is reaching an end with death by dragons! Anyways, on a lighter note. Now why did I go to see Guzbee? Oh well only cause I realized if I'm gonna take Mara on a skate date I'm gonna need to make a few pairs of ice skates! One problem with my theory though, contrary to my popular belief, Guzbee is not a crafter, He's a seller, not a builder*sighs* No big though. It gave me time to talk him up about the Rightsized organization. How we were looking for new fresh knights and maidens and if he could recommend any. The only one he could recommend was Rick. But Rick's already on my list to check out! I need more people! We talked we chatted I asked him if he had any new stuff, he said he'd let me know if any new products came in the next shipment. Ah Guz, such an nice old man! I hope I'm like him one day, well not a merchant, but nice like that at his age. Not some crabby old grump with a stick so far up his bum you could swear it was a tree growing from it! After my little chat I boarded the boat back home and I then made the assumtion that where there's ice there must be ice skaters. So I headed to the Northlands. Damn it's cold there. Good thing they carry cocoa *smiley* I asked the local shop keeps, but they were busy so I think I'll just leave a notice for them instead see what they say can be done about these skates. I really would love to see the smile on Mara's face if I'm able to pull this date off. Well I better get some rest, big day tomorrow.

Well this past week has been a week of low notes and high notes. Lets see where to start? Oh ok. How about what it's like to die and come back hmm? Yeah. It's a very freaky experience I swear to those who can avoid it please do! It feels like getting hit by a cart that's rolling down a hill, on fire, filled with weights, and then when it hits you it breaks every bone in your body, and then snaps it back together like new simultaineously! See it all started a few days ago when I came out I was in the mood for a bit of travel, because to be honest I haven't quite had the most blade spinning traveling fun lately. Around the fire were a few people. Ike, imparticular, and Prikket. Now I mentioned the idea of adventure and then Ike perked up because he said he was looking for gems. Do yah wanna know for what? You'll never guess. Training badgers. He wants to use gems to hypnotize badgers and train them! This island is nuts! That's why I love it! Anywho Ike brought up trolls, but damn it I've visited trolls like three times in the past week. A venturer needs variety people! So we finally decide on giants! Giants! Woohoo! Prikket decided to stay behind and be safe instead of risking death. Good choice. I mean it's giants! They aren't called giants cause they are cute little cuddly bunnies that like chocolate. So there we go heading out to the South and Ike and I are tearing down the giants one after the other, I'm suprised how well these blades work on these huge walls of a creature. So after Ike and I pretty much clean all of the South Road of giant scum, we decided that the tower that held an evil gnome sorcerer needed to be taken care of. Now I'm not really for killing a fellow Rightsized but come on! He's evil! And his names Mixelpix! Who has a name like Mixelpix? That's like his mom was evil enough to give him such a name that he took his resentment out and just became as evil! Well the cranky Mix was all angry that we walked in on his turf. So we did what we had to, tried to take him down. Problem with a mad crazy as hell sorcerer with insane power? He can do things you never expect. What am I talking about? A BALOR! Oh yeah! One second I'm slicing and dicing the crazy gnomeboy, and the next I hear the floor shake and the gates of Hell opened up and tada! Balor at your service! I backed up into a black hole and felt myself get sucked down.

When I came out what happened? I fell from the sky and landed on top of Ike. He landed by the rune stones too. So apparently being ripped apart by a black hole, when you become consious. Feels like CRAP! Your face, fingers, pretty much every part of your body burns and all you feel like doing is vomiting! Most horrible experience of my life people! Shall I ever die again I hope I shall not return that painfully. I rested for a few days to make sure that my bones weren't broken or something. When I woke up I went outside and hung out with a local group around the fire. They were just spitting some local gossip and such so not much to tell there. In fact I got quite bored, so I decided to go see what Bence was up to. I went inside the Trade and there was Beth. Awesome! I can finally ask her if she wants to be a Maiden for the Rightsized. Because up until now it's quite difficult to do that you know? So I talked to her and asked her. I think I shocked her though! She was all like Umm well I I don't really know what to say! She asked me what were the requirements and we went to talk. I gave her the Charter and asked her if she was ok with these requirements. She most certainly was! Actually you know I was quite proud of the whole situation. One because an awesome friend of mine is now joining the Rightsized and providing help to the island! The other just because I mean come on this whole thing just rocks my socks off cause I get to knight somebody! After she accepted I had her kneel down and I dubbed her a Maiden! Yay! Awesomely proud moment for me and I suppose her too. Hopefully now I can get Rick to join soon as he hears Beth is one *laughs* Well after I went about my day and did my duties and protecting the South Roads and after a quick run I went to take a rest before my next patrol.

I woke up a few hours later to go out to the fire and had a pretty peaceful conversation. Everything seemed nice, I talked to Cypher for a while about the Ravens Watch issues, and then speak of the devils. Marek and Var'ia were out and they were agruing. Now this brings to mind a few things. Decention in the ranks hmm? This could be good news or this could just mean more trouble, cause the last thing this island needs is kin running round hating each other and setting things on fire! So I'm standing there and then Prikket starts talking to Var'ia. And by talk I mean smacks him in the face with a blueberry pie. Now it might just be me, but the last thing you do in a public place is insult a kin and not expect him to be all pissy about it! See he got all hot under the collar and challenged Prikket to a duel. The guards tried to tell him to quit it cause well lets face it, what part of PUBLIC place don't you get?! The guard got mad and was all like If you don't quit it I will be forced to take action and then make sure you're banned from the Crossroads for good Good. He needs to be banned. But instead of getting banned Prikket and Var'ia actually went through with it. What the hell? What is so great about settling things with stupid violence? Diplomacy is a word people I hope you know that! Well in the final blows Prikket lost. He got punched in the face pretty bad. Got decked to the floor. Poor Prikket. I really should show that Var'ia a peice of my blades for that, but I mean come on! I don't want to start more hostilities that are truly necessary. After that I was slightly restless, and angry. So I took a stroll and took my frustrations out on some kobolds. When I returned there was Jaleh, Marek, Itarilde, and a few others I went to sit down and talk to them and they were talking about the Thayans guarding the South roads. Great the last thing I need to added stress is politics!
