It's the bandolier that Cinnabon employees have to wear beginning in 2016 as a part of their "History of the Southwest" promotion. Managers will wear one on either shoulder, and take this name referring to the rows of calorie-packed sticky buns across their backs. In the states it will be called a bundolier. But you know the Finns... had to come up with something unpronounceable and cool. *nod nod*

Called a "slap round't lugs" where I'm from. Slap Round't Lugs sounds like a half orc.
