Ok, let's try for Sunday, June 5 at 12-4PM Central (GMT -6).
Most of the US Central region is on Daylight Savings (CDT, not CST) through the summer, so it will be UTC-5. The UK will be on BST, which is UTC+1, so the meeting will be on BST-6. It's similar for the other European time zones, I'm sure.
Most people just automatically internalize Daylight Savings into how they speak about time zones, but if you try putting the meeting into, say, a calendar program, it can pay to be careful about the zones' definitions. In this sense, GMT is just another local time zone, and not the world-wide time standard, which is UTC. They happen to be equal, but since GMT is only observed part of the year, it can get confusing.

Daylight savings IS stupid. One of the worst parts about moving to BC from Saskatchewan.
I've seen studies that show DST doesn't save any energy, either.
I sometimes tell people, with a hint of seriousness, that I'd vote for any candidate who promised to get rid of DST, on the left, right or center; no matter what else was nuts about them.

DST is out dated. It was a great idea during WWII when there was terencal warfare but for life as it is now, it's pretty pointless. It just makes me late once a year and super freaking early the other time of year... Damn Ben Franklin for being the first to propose DST.

Time is relative and easily distorted by gravitational fields. It would be simpler to set the meeting to be coincident with a specific and familiar event and location that will occur in the future, or for those capable of it (Hodor), in the past.
