This board is for the posting of IC tales, journal notes etc. for the enjoyment of other players.
For the benefit of DMs and other players please keep the following guidelines in mind:
-Keep OOC talk to a minimum and tag it with brackets as you would in game.
-Label the thread title if it contains any depictions of excessive violence/sexual material/any other potentially offensive/age restricted material.
-Keep the content appropriate to Thain
-Don't post responses of named/important NPCs or other player's characters without permission from DMs or the player in question respectively
-Try and keep spoiler content to a minimum.
-Don't expect DM interaction based on anything you write - but don't discount the possibility either! The board is primarily to increase the enjoyment of other players. The staff do read it but we're busy spending most of our time making fun in game

I'll add the following guidelines to clarify a few things.
- be respectful to the builders of the module. The fact that you can kill a villain/boss monster over and over does not make it is an inconsequential push-over within the world. Try to keep a flavor of danger, menace and mystery for lower level or weaker characters.
- the fact that you have a powerful character does not mean you can change the world at will. There are forces and factions at work that are much more powerful than any one single char, regardless of his level/power.
- the IC forum is /not/ the place to try to affect the game world permanently. We are much more likely to let your characters affect the world based on good, consistent and overall constant rp /within/ the game.
- as stated in the first sticky post, the forum is mainly an adjunct to the game, meant for players to share their stories and character interaction that can't happen in game. We are running a NWN PW and the focus is clearly on the story happening there.
