-A bunch of changes for ongoing plots
-The Que Vie have closed their doors due to something! This does mean that the elemental quest is gone but there are already better weapons out there anyway. We'll be looking at ways to reimplement this in the future.
-Slight buff on some Dire Singer summons
-Town portals no longer work from jail
-Bugbears in the lower level finally remember to drop their loot
