It has been noted that a large Silvermane female wolf has been seen frequenting the firepit outside Raven's Watch. She has yet to attack but has threatened anyone interfering with her tracking and engaging of one whom she referred to as the "Dark One".
Several of the thugs that operate on the Long Road North have been discovered dead, all killed by mundane arrow wounds and with no blood on their own weapons. Several do not appear to have even drawn to defend themselves. One of their bodies was moved, dragged to the base of the hill adjacent to the Raven's Watch fire, and seems to exhale mist despite the lack breathing, some sort of sign from the murderer.
A note is pinned to each of the bodies in clean, professional script:
THE MAN WITH THE BURNING SWORD WILL SURRENDER TO JUSTICE.
A familiar red mist temporarily fell over the western edge of the Northlands, bringing with it a scourge of shadows and agitating the giant population. A swiftly responding pack of adventurers stormed through and put down the infestation in short order, however the mist lingered for the rest of the day. There were rumors that the Meteor Titan was sighted amongst the giant population, and several rift stones were discovered around the hills.
The only known casualties are several members of the crew of the Frozen Sphinx, killed by some manner of shrapnel rain during the early stages of the corruption. Their captain was away from the ship at the time on a supply run and unavailable to comment.

Over the last few days, several unconscious members of the Brotherhood Guard have been delivered anonymously to the temple in Steinkries. Each of them had been on patrol at the northern or southern crossroads when they went missing. When awakened under the temple's healing care, none of the guards remember exactly what happened to them, though they are lift gibbering about dark shapes or frantically confessing to minor crimes and indecencies they had committed over the course of their careers.

In response to a long-standing epidemic of paper-cuts and headaches caused by long words, the staff at the Academy of the Silver Scroll have developed a series of items to aid their students, which are available for sale to the general public on request.

Townspeople who travel the roads outside of Steinkreis have noticed odd sounds coming from the woods to the north. Reports of people shouting various forms of "BLARGH" "LURGLE" and "ZLJORB" are common.
In an unrelated case, bear-related injuries are up 400% on the road east of Steinkreis.

Rumour has it that a red dragon attacked Hamley, roaring and laughing at the Empyrean defenders. Footprints in the road and the five warriors who are torn to shreds give credibility to the tale. As far as anyone knows, the dragon returned to the east as soon as it had finished its short rampage and it quickly disappeared.

The same footprints that could be seen after the attack on Hamley are reported to have appeared on the road south of the Crossroads, near the kobold caves on the road toward Hammersong.

A massive red dragon shrouded in bluish magics attacked Steinkreis, going on to slaughter over twenty peasants and a handful of Knaves and Knights. The dragon soon went on to attempt to do the same at the Crossroads, though its attack seemed to have failed.

A heroic gold dragon was seen all across the isle. After slaying several packs of spiders near Hamley, it proceeded south to the Trade and Tackel, obliterating a band of goblins on the way.
Upon its arrival at the Trade, the dragon declared itself to be Gaurdialivyxeanii, self-proclaimed defender of the residents of Thain, his new home.
