Imgur is gonna be the best bet for image hosting as a general rule. It's free, easy to use, no data restrictions, links are pretty unobtrusive.

Not the IG pic of him though. It's more the goal of his ambitions.

Awesome stuff.

Is the reinforcing process similar in a potash mine? We have one opening shortly near me, which will extend several miles under the north sea. Do you know how they'd go about reinforcing that? I presume it'd be even stronger because of the weight of the water on top.

Water has lower specific gravity than rock, so there should be less pressure than the equivalent distance under ground alone. But if the water from the sea can permeate down to where the tunneling is in progress, I'm sure that would present other really serious problems.

Potash mining is very different. Potash will move so much that a 3x3 m sized excavation will be closed within 50 years.

The way you mine it is quite unique. Hold your hand up and Look at your fingers and imange each one is a tunnel. The area between is called a pillar. The outer two fingers are used as stress relief so that when the rock moves, the outer pillars get damaged and protect the inner ones. (You don't go in the outer ones)

You still need to use bolting and mesh but it's more of a temp thing. If you have a clay seam above your mining, then you have to do lots of bolting to make sure it stays up there.

And yes water in potash mine is a disaster.

If I recall my simple chemistry, would not water in a potash mine cause massive chemical fires?

Naw, it's not pure sodium, it's usually a compound at that point. Potash is just salt and salt + water = big open areas in the mine.
