I have a question/concern, but I don't want to take it up directly with a DM. Who can I contact?
Firstly, if you feel at all uncomfortable about approaching one of Thain's DMs, please don't! We're all nice people (honest!) and will always try to help as best we can.

However, if you really don't want to talk to a DM directly about something, but would rather go through a third party, please contact Bonesly (server host) via a Private Message. He will act as a mediator between yourself and the staff, and will try to get your query resolved as soon as possible. Alternatively, any player may act as a "player representative" for any other player(s), so contact whoever you feel most comfortable with. Also see this related thread on Open Communications with the DMs; we won't bite, really!
