I have an important issue/question. How do I get in contact with a DM?
The best thing to do is to write a PM (Private Message) to one of the DMs on the forum, ideally one that is within your timezone. All DMs check the forums regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible. You can find the full list of DMs, their timezones and their forum nicknames here.

If in game, you can use the DM channel to ask a question. However, there might be no DM online at the time, or s/he might be busy elsewhere. Please be patient and don't spam the DM channel should you get no immediate reply. Also, you only need to send your PM to one active staff member as we all share information with each other on a private staff forum.

If you can't get a DM in-game, then please send a PM unless you're reporting an instance of player-griefing--with that one exception, DMs that are playing their characters are not to be distrubed with DM business.
